Payment Options
The Girls™ accepts the following credit cards:

Credit Card purchases are charged on the date the order is placed. All purchases are subject to verification before shipping. If there are multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged for each shipment.

We also accept personal checks. To pay by check, please select "check/money order" for your method of payment during the check out process, and submit your order. Please then print 2 copies of the receipt page. Keep one for your records, and mail the other one with your check. Please make your check payable to: The Girls Apparel C/O Blu Tec Corp and send to: The Girls Apparel, 1407 Broadway, Room 1911, New York, NY, 10018. We will process your order as soon as we receive your check.

Shipping Policies:
We will ship merchandise to the United States & Canada. All orders including expedited shipping options are shipped within 3 business days from the day the order is received. Orders placed before 12PM are received and processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM are received the following business day.

United States and United States Territories: You will receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date of your purchase. All orders are subject to verification. Shipping and handling costs are determined by the dollar amount of your order and charges are calculated before taxes.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska:
For shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska, please add $15.00 to the shipping chart below. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska must ship ground and cannot be shipped using an expedited method.

Canada:
For shipments to Canada, please add $20.00 to the shipping and handling chart above. You will receive your order within 10-14 business days from the date of your purchase. All orders are subject to verification. Shipping and handling costs are determined by the dollar amount of your order and charges are calculated before duties and taxes. Orders to Canada must ship ground and cannot be shipped using an expedited method.

Backorders and Shipment Delays:
If your shipment is delayed for any reason, you will be notified via email.

Returns:
The Girls™ gladly accepts returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase. Items must have original tags. If any tags are removed, we will not be able to process the return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and must include the original receipt. We will not accept returns of merchandise after 60 days of the original purchase. We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. All returns are subject to inspection.

How to return merchandise within the United States:
1. When you mail back your merchandise using the pre-paid return label no additional postage is necessary. We will deduct a flat fee of $6.00 from your order refund for return postage. Once the return is received, you will receive both an email confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of your return. You must include the original packing slip & return form with your return. Be sure to clearly indicate your order number, address and name on the return form enclosed with your original purchase.

No fee will be deducted from your order refund. Once the return is received, you will receive both an email confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of your return. Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.thegirlsapparel.com to submit a new order for your new items.

Order Cancellations:
In the event that an order is cancelled after it has been placed, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. The cancellation fee does not apply to duplicate orders that were mistakenly placed.

Sales/Discounts:
All sales and promotional discounts will be honored on orders for the duration of the sale. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that are placed outside the promotional timeframe whether it is before or after the promotional event.
